Refund Policy

1. Overview

AI Image Studio sells prepaid Credits used to generate images. Credits unlock a digital service that is consumed on use. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and is framed consistently with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Failed Generations

If a generation fails for technical reasons, the Credits charged for it are automatically returned to your balance. No action is required.

3. Unused Credits

You may request a refund of an unused Credit balance within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

4. Used Credits

Credits are consumed when a generation completes. Amounts attributable to used Credits are not refundable, as the corresponding service has been delivered.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged twice or charged in error, contact us with the transaction details. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.

6. How to Request

Email [email protected] from your account email with the order reference. We respond within 5 business days.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law. Where this Policy conflicts with non-waivable consumer rights, the law prevails.

8. Escalation
